Shipping Policy

At Whoopco, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, including clear and straightforward shipping policies. We offer free shipping on all orders to France.

Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to Europe, North America, Western Asia, Asia, and Africa.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (CET) Paris Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add one additional day to the delivery estimate.

Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.

France: Transit time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.

All Other Markets (Europe excl. France, North America, Western Asia, Asia & Africa): Transit time: 8 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday). Estimated delivery time: 10 to 14 business days.

Please note that delivery times outside France may vary depending on local customs clearance procedures and regional carrier availability.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All orders to France are eligible for free shipping, with no minimum order required.

Paid Shipping: Orders shipped to all other markets (Europe excluding France, North America, Western Asia, Asia, and Africa) are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
